Football Bunny is buried in a box somewhere in the cellar last

The vacuum cleaner's fixed...the bag was way too full
so that's why it clogged up.

OH MY GOD.
I just stopped in here to rest and recover for a few minutes after running
around this morning like a chicken with my head cut off (apologies to the
chickens) and I am SO glad to find this! Ha, I was afraid you wouldn't find
the note I left you, I should remember this is a good way to leave notes for
you too, you'll read here in the morning! yay!
I tried to open the vaccuum cleaner to check the bag and I couldn't get the
front open! It's been so long since I've changed the bag instead of you
changing the bag, I can't remember how to do it! I tried to force it a
bunch of ways but was afraid to keep trying lest I break it. Thank you!
We're getting a Dyson as soon as I have the extra money.
Sunday morning?! OH MY GOD. That is such a relief! I will have an extra
day to Sam-shop for the kid stuff and clean. And Monday-Tuesday off so I
will keep cleaning/shopping superlots those days. Somehow it will all get
done. I've been stressing over this hugely, also because on top of the long
workdays, leaving the house and not coming back till twelve hours later,
they are doing evaluations of us newbies, listening to us when we don't know
it, and then calling us in to give us our evaluations, which we have to pass
or we don't get to keep our jobs, being on probation until sometime in
January. Kahlila, one of my favourites at work, got fired already. Just
found out last night that Florence, whom I LOVE, is leaving in November or
December to go back to Samoa to take care of her dad, of course I cried, I
hate that she's leaving.
The airlines haven't issued waivers for changing schedules for free for
whatever tropical storms are coming in because they don't know enough about
where and when to know if/how they will affect airport operations but
customers are calling wanting to make free changes now instead of when there
is more specific information and they are pissed because we res agents can't
do the changes for free yet, not until the airline issues waivers that we
can put into the computer. We are getting yelled at a lot.
Also some customers every day yell at me because they lost their record
locators/reservation numbers, can't remember any flight numbers they're on,
don't remember which cities they are flying into or out of (how did these
people make the reservations in the first place? They have *no* idea where
they are going or when?), but they are mad at me because the computer won't
pull their record up with just a name. If we could pull a record up with
just a name (I talked to some Smiths and Joneses yesterday, not many of
those around, no duplicate names, nope!) then *anyone* who knows your name
could just call the airline, use your name, and get your personal
information, cancel your flights, change your flights, do whatever. Ack.
But some of them are still mad at me even when I gently explain this. Work
is sorta stressful.
Now that we are working totally different hours and never see each other
awake five days straight, I will have to remember to leave notes for you in
the football thread and bore your other footie friends to death telling you
the stuff I don't get to tell you otherwise. Hee!
Oh yeah, I forgot -- the money in the drawer, use to go out with Betty Bob
Sam and if there's any left over use to go with Sam to Toys R Us or wherever
to get stuff for him (Toys R Us is still at Northgate I think). That money
is for you to use however you want for their visit. I still plan to go to
Toys R Us on my off days to get stuff for him, but you guys might enjoy
doing that as an activity together while you have him. I think that's the
crucial stuff for now except the work whining wasn't crucial, it was just my
little pissant ***** and moan session. Really the customers are often very
nice. Sometimes too nice. I had two drunks keep asking for my phone number
last night as I tried in vain to read their itineraries to them for
something I put on hold for them that I'm sure they won't remember making
and have no intention of actually ticketing and flying, they just wanted to
talk to a girl on the phone for a while. Heh. Bye!
