FOR GOD'S SAKE!! |
My mother leaves the house and says she'll be out all day, and I think
good, time to counterfeit my money. So I put my latex gloves on, get the
printouts of the notes that have had their paper prepared, and I get the
resin to stick them together and attach the foil strip and maybe the
watermark, then the ***** says she'll be home in 15 minutes.
Why can't she leave me alone?

Knock it off. Don't talk about your mother that way. And let me
guess? She'll be home in 15 minutes to HER home. Yeah, yeah, I know,
I HATED it when my mother said that to me too, but you know what? She
was right. It was her home and she was paying for it, and taking care
of me, and I needed to learn to appreciate and respect the people and
the things I had in my life because once it was gone I regretted it.
Now I pay for the home and all the bills that go with it and the
responsibility SUCKS big time. It's hard work and there is little
appreciation for it. Besides, if she's interupting you in the middle
of committing a crime, something you're not supposed to be doing
anyway, she's not doing anything wrong. You are. So howz about you
don't call her names while your here? Unless she like kills your dog
or something and really deserves it. :-) Now onto something else.
What are you going to do if you get caught passing around counterfeit
money? Are you prepared for the consequences? Yeah, I know, you're
not going to get caught right? Okay, but what if? Have you thought
the whole plan through to the getting caught part? Or the getting
dead part if some guy named Alphonse doesn't like that he got ripped
off?
Just curious. Indulge me.

I don't want a flame war, but I certainly hope you don't think I said
that. Being young gives a slight bit of pause to condemn, because
with youth there is a lack of experience and they don't have the same
resources available to them as I have, due to the fact that pretty
much has to go through a parent. But I never said it was an excuse
for rude, obnoxious, explicit, and attacking posts that they make. I
don't think that at all. He has, in the past, made some
acknowledgement that he doesn't know what he's doing and he has
apologized. That still doesn't forgive everything, I guess I am just
willing in some cases to give as many chances as I can to someone who
isn't entirely aware of the full consequences of their actions and who
also somewhat makes an apology and seems to want to do better.
Evidenced to me by talking so much more, in conversation, than when I
first started here. I never said I was right, I'm just following what
I feel and think is best for me to do.

By me? I was barely on yesterday, if at all that I remember. I don't
support or condone the behavior, but I'm trying not to condemn the
person since imho he has made an attempt with me to try to become more
than the neighborhood troll, and he has apologized. Yes, I see he's
back at it today, and I posted to him dissapproving, asking him to cut
it out and find a more constructive way of being in the group. I
don't encourage this behavior, I just am trying to encourage him,
FWIW.

No one said that actually. In fact, I specifically said in my
exchange with Bored..."No, I don't think the behaviours you mention
deserve support, I think support might help him work through the
behaviours" but it isn't unusual for the self righteous church of the
holier than thou crowd to put a negative spin on any post that is
remotely supportive of those they dislike.
