I had 3 hot dogs with mustard and some cottage cheese. No beverage.
My wife did not eat. She is depressed.
My dogs seem unaffected.

cottage cheese is so good...my gramma used to give it to me to eat
sometimes many years ago.for some reason I stopped eating it,and now
many years later,I find I like it...It's healthy,which is a nice
benefit...I should eat it more.I can't lose wieght if I keep eating so
much junk food and pasta...

I buy the special 49 cents for a package hotdogs and ramen noodles when they
are on sale for 10 for a dollar.

pasta can be cheap. on sale, maybe a pound for 30 cents. and the Hunt's
sauce is about 1 dollar a can. add some little meatballs on the side.
i had fettuchini alfredo last night.
good hot dogs are $3 per 8. of course, there are some cheaper brands out
there.
