forgeting to take meds |
i whoopsed, and man what a bizarre feeling..like my head is a giant
balloon desending rapidily enough to give you that butterflies in the
tummy feeling...i should do this more often..

kewl. what are you "on"??? Or "off" maybe I should say. :D
i always get a nice buzz when i first get back on my meds, but then it fades
within a few weeks as i get used to the meds again. i'm always bummed out
when that happens. heh.

I;ve sort of turned into a ritualistic thing, post it notes help keep
track of days on X doseage for titration purposes
