Am glad you found a nice place. I hadn't realized you have adhd, maybe
some of the concerns you're having about living with your parents could
be apart of that. I wonder if it might be better to wait until you're
on some good meds and feeling stabalized.

I understand the need for having your own place though, I recently
moved to a nice community, but just have enough to cover bills, food
and rent and nothing much else. Before I made the decision I made a
list of what all my expenses would be, as well as what my income was,
listed pro's and cons, etc.

It sounds like you have a nice apartment, I hope it goes well.

well.

They repaint and deep clean the carpets between tenents so will have
freshly
painted walls.

Nervous about having to pay full housing bills again, real nervous. Also
agreed upon an 8 month lease instead of a 12 month lease in case by
summer
situations change.

So ready for my own place and being able to put things away and unpack
our
stuff. To live a more normal life.
