You have however made enough false allegation for a libel charge.
Libel: a written or oral defamatory statement or representation that
conveys an unjustly unfavorable impression

You could say:
"I think Franz eats babies" and be well within your legal rights
"Franz eats babies" is libel
So I had never thought about court but I certainly could.
I think gravy tea eats babies
