You could dent things with heavy equipment and then run out really fast
so that when the big dent is noticed you'll be down there kicking and
they'll think you have feet of fury.

When I was on house arrest I was only allowed to leave home to go to
"church" for two hours. My ankle monitor left a groove in my ankle. I
can feel where it rubbed against the bone. I had to wear that thing for
a year and a half.

I did a google when I had to wear one, it was the exact same model as
Martha Stewart got.
They put it on as loose as possible though because I was wearing big
black boots when I went in. That was good in some way because it was
loose enough to flip around 360, but it also would rest on my ankle
sometimes. So I would flip a sock around like a pack of cigarettes in a
t-shirt sleeve.
I only got 90 days though, and at the end I convinced them not to charge
me the $13/day monitoring fee. Which is ridiculous if you think about
it, because it would cost them $6k to jail me for the same period of
time PLUS medication costs and any psych costs if being in jail flips me
out.
I was allowed out a lot though for Dr. visits, physical therapy,
psychiatry, medical imaging stuff... Then twice a week I would get 2
hour periods and then after a month it was a 2 hour period and a 5 hour
period every week.
I felt pretty lame though because often I had nowhere to go, and sitting
at home locked up doesn't get me mustered up about heading out. So it
might be a quick trip to the store, not much else really.

Eight years, but I haven't been going to my court dates, so it resets
everytime I miss.
