Object: futility and apathy
much better than bleak utter hopelessness, extreme pain
and despondency.
even so I would be really disgusted with myself if
I had the energy.

but the edge is still Out there. Or maybe it's In... HST (1967)
when i got to the edge , i built a deck % (2005)

what worked was reminding myself that this can be
depressive.
I now have 10 little pots of yogurt sitting in the
refrigerator, the Advil kicked in, and I think I will
go to the dentist in the a.m.
