geez, i'm crazy sleepy... |
even after that long nap last night, and sleeping all night! i feel so
sleepy i think i could just about collapse...what is wrong with me?

I have heard it suggested, by my mother no less, that too much sleep
leaves a body sleepy. Who she got it off, I don't know.

i get pretty groggy after too much sleep. can't seem to wake up.

Too much sleep...the more I sleep the more tired I am. But it just
feels so good to sleep sometimes.
my entire sleep patterns changed dramatically this seasonal shift, I went
from staying up til 3 or 4am.........to waking up at 6:30 or 7:30am and
hittin the feathers at 9 or 10pm
it happens every year irregardless of whether or not i'm on ADs..........
sigh
at least I seem to be sleeping fairly well (I guess, kicking covers alot
lately)
