Object: getting out of your comfort zone
Often it's very easy to stay in your comfort zone, to do the same
things, say the same things every day, get stuck in patterns and
routines... mayeb you just have to kind of force yourself to alter
your patterns and routines... to get out of the ruts that you get
stuck in... maybe altering your schedule is a good idea? the times
that you eat and sleep and work? not getting caught up in the "walter
croncite" syndrome... maybe you just have to force yourself to have
new patterns... self discipline and structure can be very offputting,
self discipline and structure can be very helpful... I guess life
is always a mixture of many elements...

Negatory.

The opinions given above may be mine. They might also
just be what I feel like saying right now, okay?

That some of the stuff I'm working on changing. It's tough, though,
and forcing yourself is the only way to go about it.

I never get stuck in ruts. So don't say I do.
