Object: getting used to ASD
It's strange, after all these years on ASD, I think I'm still just
getting used to it in a way... I've noticed that sometimes it helps to
have a sense of detachment, while posting... persepctive, proportion,
and context help too, I think... I don't want to be too detached, it's
good to have an emotional involvement, but then again, you don't want
to get TOO emotional either... I guess, like everything, it's a matter
of balance...

Watch out for mirage and illusion when setting your balance by what you
can see. And the detachment is as real as your location and situation and
doesn't need to be anything more or further than that.

I read this great quote the other day, I don't know if it applys here
or not . Here it is, people don't see the world as it is, they see it
as they are,

I wonder about that often Jill... how much of life is fairly
objective, how much is subjective... how much is internal, how much is
external... how to mitigate and balance the 2... It's hard to
understand, for me at any rate... what's life about? what's the point?
what's the meaning? what happens to us when we die? Does anyone know
the awnsers to these questions?
