At its heart, intentional therapy is a powerful method of positive
visioning. It is designed to help you uncover achievable direction for
healthy growth - from where you are today, to where you choose to go.
gently guides you toward positive outcomes through challenge, reflection and
support. helps you move from a posture of health, of understanding your own
sufficiency, to uncovering and overcoming perceived obstacles, to reaching
your goals.
