Going to go read |
Ok past my bed time folks, gotta get up early tomorrow, laundry day and go
by turkey stuff, plus normal household items.... Grrrrr
I'm going to Vegas in January!!!! I'm going with the BF to meet his folks.
No I'm not eloping!

she's figured out the tv thing
ha! didn't even try it today. Went shopping for Turkey stuff, bathroom
stuff got home, unloaded everything and found out my garbage disposal is
broke again sooooooo had to go back to the store and buy a new one of those
and install it. Damn things!

The whole point of eloping is that nobody knows you're going to do it. So I
won't believe your second statement until you return UNmarried from Vegas.
My hubby & I talked for years about spending the weekend in Vegas and getting
married while we're there. Then we found out how much it would cost to do it at
the Star Trek Adventure, and that pretty much shut down the whole concept.
But we're still thinking about the Vegas visit. So Jane, while you're visiting
the folks and all, can you do a little advance reconnoitering for us? Check out
the Hoover Dam and Lake Tahoe and the desert and the Strip, maybe a little side
trip to the Grand Canyon?

I'd be happy to, since I've been there about a dozen times.
Hoover Dam is a MUST, I may go again this year. I want to do the Wax
Museum. Lake Tahoe is beautiful!!!! The old part of Vegas at night is a
blast, fireworks, and real gambling. You feel like you stepped back in time
a bit. Grand Canyon?? Not been there myself yet.
