Use Outlook and set up an account with the newserver I
use...news.datemas.de...you'll have to register, but it's free, approval is
prompt, extensive list of available groups, unlimited posting, and it's one
of the most reliable newservers I have ever used. Trust me, you'll love it.

I've sent the registration e-mail but haven't received anything back
yet. It does say "Registration for all users includes posting
access ... >> Temporarily suspended <<" so I'm not sure if
registration is suspended or just posting access.

Yep that's them. I wasn't aware that registration had been temporarily
suspended and I am not sure why.
