I paced so much in the hospital, I had to put two pairs of socks in the
bottom on my socks to pad my feet because they hurt so much.

I usually pace in the hospital, too. Somehow, I seem to have

I don't know. Some people just sleep the whole time. I think it's the
med combos.

I don't know. Some people just sleep the whole time. I
think it's the med combos.
Lots of people in the hospital I go to sit and talk most of the
day, or play games or do puzzles. I'll talk some, but mostly I
can't sit still. I can get through groups ok, but when they're
over, I go back to pacing.
The worst was coming off Effexor really fast. I had to pace all
the time, couldn't stay still for five minutes, but had terrible
vertigo on all the turns.

You should've seen me try to walk on 75mg Thorazine.
I was on Thorazine, Stellazine, and Mellaril together when I was
in high school, weighing less than 100 lbs. I wasn't psychotic
until they kept putting me on more meds and increasing dosages,
then I had a drug-induced psychosis. Then the doc said I was
schizophrenic and they took me out of school. I finally saw
another pdoc who took me off all the meds and I was ok,
psychosis-wise. It took one heck of a fight to get the school to
let me come back, though.
BTW, is liquid Thorazine one of the worst flavors you've
experienced? 30 years later, I still remember it.

I've never had the liquid, but my generic thorazine tabs taste like
sugar. It's pleasant to take them.
