Had a terrible night last night |
Not this night. The one before. Wednesday-Thursday. Had lots of unpleasant
dreams. Not precisely nightmares, but I would have preferred to dream
something else. I slept all day yesterday, and part of the night. Woke up a
little bit before 4:00 AM. Much better this time.

Sorry to hear that, I hope you can get some good rest tonight. I
happened to be up all night that night, then had to get to work the
next day. I'm taking today off though.

I dunno. Sleeping seems to be a very complex thing to do. Most often I sleep
all right, but there are certain nights when out of the blue I have a
terrible time. Sorry to hear you were up all night that night. Anything the
matter? In any case, enjoy your free long weekend.

Not really, I think its just an effect of one of the meds I'm on, and
all the caffiene I drink. Most of the time its pretty normal. Thanks
for asking though.
