Happy Sunday |
I skipped the sleep meds last night and managed to get about 2
hrs sleep. I got used to being knocked out with 200 mg Seroquel
every night on the psych unit. Don't want to have to drive the
hour to my friend's house today, but it's an obligation.
At least it looks like a nice day out. And she wants me to go to
her house to see her nesting bluebirds. Gotta think positive.

I just think of what freedom bluebird wings must offer.
Even if I had wings I think I would be like a dodo bird.
