How're you doing?

very foggy today. my sleep was broken numerous times
last night, and i can't seem to wake up today. going to
see my therp soon, and i'm basically nonfunctional.
should be a useless session, since i probably won't
remember a word of it tomorrow.

Thanks! Quite alright. Was tired, because I don't get
enough sleep lately. Somehow can't sleep. This is worrying
me because I used to sleep alright the last weeks. But I
blame the heat for it at present. I's so warm in my
bedroom. Well, it's the best summer here since I don't know
when, sunny, hot, no rain.

How was your appointment with the therp? Was it as useless
as you had expected? I sure hope it was not so.
