Don't know quite what's happening. Today has been a great day, although I
feel awfully low. I am starting with a new case worker tomorrow, and will be
happy to see her. I can't seem to gain control over fear, I have started on
a new Medication called Invega and it hasn't taken ahold yet, I imagine it
will take time. I hope that you are doing ok.

Hi David,
I haven't replied to you directly yet, but I have been thinking about
you a lot. I am after all just a lay person and a sad one at that.
But, I've been thinking about your fear and your voices. I am quite
certain that in your case medical supervision and medication is in
order.
I often talk to myself and work things out in my head. Usually, I keep
this under control, but occasionally a word may slip out when I am
alone. I've never really considered it to be a problem. I can also
recall that I used to have a nagging voice in my head that would
remind me to do things I was putting off. Over the course of the
years, I have learned that if I do those inane little tasks (pick up
the laundry, do that report, etc) immediately that I completely avoid
that nagging reminder. I imagine that your voices are not the same as
my experience, but maybe my tale may provide some comfort?
When we dream, there is a little control mechanism that shuts off and
allows our thoughts to flow unfiltered. Are the voices like that,
unfiltered?
Do you have any creative outlets? Some place to channel your energies
and your thoughts.
There are people who are very visual and people who are very audio - I
know that I am very audio-oriented because words are so important to
me even though I'm terrible at music. I do enjoy listening to music
though. Do you have any musical talent? Does music help? Do you think
in images or in words?
I apologize for all the questions. You needn't feel obligated to
answer any. I would be interested in any reply you may have.
Sincerely,
-denfox

Well, if it's been a great day, then that's all good. Might feel low
after
the day though.
The world? too large, too compicated, too overcrowded is my
view.

Fear can sometimes be worse than depression, at least with depression
you can relax, (more than normal.)but still good. Hope you feel better.
