Hope that you are ok, have been dealing with symptoms that make me feel
overwhelmed, and unable to control things. Partly I think it is due to
medication and gradually going off of the generic of Valium. Otherwise,
I feel pretty good. I just wish that I could finally accept this to be
an illness and not so real. Maybe it will happen some day soon.

Good things are also happening in my life, such as getting more
organized and hopefully remaining more peaceful, not feeling
responsible for every minor detail. Will close for now,
