Welcome to asd. A combination of talk and drug therapies seems to work
best. It'll take a while, but it'll probably help you.

if you need a shoulder to cry on, you'll find several here. if you need
an ear, we have them also.
and sometimes we can make you smile which can go a long way in keeping
depression at bay.
