I have just come home from the second time being hospitalized for suicide.
I have major depression disorder with recurrence. I now take Effexor and
Lithium. I am looking for a way to chat with others like me. I cannot find
groups that I could go to. Please help! Thanks.

HI...if you want a good grgoup for support of dealing with the symtpoms
of depressionyou might try Recovery... http://www.recovery-inc.com .
It is a self help group with meetings all over the US and other
countries.The book that memberd read is "Mental Health Through WIll
Training" by Dr. Abraham Low, available in mnay libraries as well as from
Recovery. And welcome to ASD. :)

Hi, and welcome. Plenty of others here who are like you, and a lot who
aren't. In fact, there's all sorts of people here, you'll probably fit

welcome...
i'm in a similar boat, with the bouts of suicidal ideations & actions. i'm
still kicking some 28 years after that all started.
