every since Rick had his Stem Cell Transplant in July he's been in
hospital about once a month with some type of infection, though we
found out that's par for the coarse, he has a rare form of lymphoma

the hosp. is 70 miles away, American Cancer Society runs Hope Lodge
where you can stay for free while you loved ones in treatment

this though time I couldn't stay, my daughter was out of town and she
helps out caretaking for my Mom and Sam cat while Rick is in hosp, so
I drove up every other day to see him

we're broke now, paying for gas all the stuff that goes with it and
money was stolen from our place, so much for Xmas...don't ya hate
being poor
