and anyone else who might be intersted in health insurance in
florida:

has lots of info, plus links to companies.
you might do well with a ppo, if your main provider is on it.
they cover all the cost of seeing docs on your plan (except your
co-pay), and a certain percentage for doctors off their plan. i
have a ppo that requires a $15 copay and pays 80% for doctors
outside of their network. we've been really happy with ours.
it's a compromise between traditional insurance and an hmo.
