If you haven't read "The E Myth Revisited" By Michael E. Gerber then
I'd highly recommend it. It has helped me greatly over some rough
times recently and is a must for any small business owner.

Looked through it briefly on Amazon, they have some sample pages. Yeah,
I've realized this for a while. I definitely get caught up in the
day-to-day. I actually don't have a business. I have a set of
activities that I do inefficiently, and some people I pay to help me do
them. My problems are vast and deeply rooted. I'm working to become aware.

day-to-day. I actually don't have a business. I have a set of

It is a book that defies the promos or free pages. Don't mean to
preach, but it is. The key message, if your business is going wrong,
or you're getting stressed, it is because you are not your business
but you think you are.
It seems to fit almost every scenario and is wisdom at it's source.
Great comfort there. I got it for free from the library...

It is revolutionary in it's concepts. Gerber, the company,
specializes in helping small businesses succeed. It promotes the
franchise way of doing things and it is full of homespun wisdom
anybody can understand.
Like all things useful it is not always pleasant but is not
something to be scared of either. Good luck.
