Get his address and mail him his crap, ship collect, if he has money he can
pay for the shipping. He shouldn't have to come there to get it, then you
don't have to feel threatened.

I had some problems earlier, but was able to get out some this
evening, which was nice. Meds are still being changed. I'm doing ok at
the moment though.
