Sometimes that's exactly what I suspect. This guy posts two kinds of
material here, self-care stuff and racist stuff, and he posts a lot of
both. If you ask yourself, what could these two "modes" have in common
that makes them somehow consistent, the answer seems pretty obvious:
they both scream, "Care about me. Love me, hate me, it doesn't matter,
just care about me. Let my existence matter to you in some way."

Hardly. Maybe once upon a time that was true of me, Idno, but certainly
not now. I may value an amusing dogfight, and I get a certain kick out
of ripping apart what I see as inane positions, but I have no desire to
be disliked, certainly not on a general scale, and not even on an
individual scale, really.

Funny thing is, I was actually thinking the same about you, especially
in light of Thor's earlier remarks. Though (1) I actually believe it,
and am not just saying it to be obnoxious, and (2) I chose not to say
anything about you in this context. But now that you bring it up, the
situation is actually even more obvious in your case, that you get off
on being disliked -- and I assume you're fully conscious of what you're
doing, which makes your crap a great deal more contemptible than this
guy's vile but essentially harmless antisemitic propaganda, especially
given the (often newbie and often seriously ill and vulnerable) targets
you choose and the obsessiveness with which you pursue them. I don't
think I've ever seen anyone on Usenet so violently desperate for
attention of any kind, from anyone -- even yourself, to whom you will
reply if no one else bothers to.

So there, a nice big helping of negative attention for you to suck on
