Contrarian, go to bed. Sleep is the best part of our life

Maybe you should check with your doctor. It sounds like a medication
may need to be adjusted or changed, I kind of know the feeling, things
seem real but really are depressive and monotonous. Hope that it can
improve, maybe you could change the job, work part time, or apply for
SSI. Maybe a vacation wouldn't be a bad start either.

how do you know they have a doctor to check with ,
how do you know they are taking any meds to adjust ,
this may really knock you over but did you know ,
some people actually live with no meds at all ,
and maybe go without seeing a doctor for years at a time
.

I've gotta agree with that.
Things don't get better from asleep, or the 1/2 asleep
state to becoming fully awake in the morning.

Yeah, but it's so short. Holding onto that lingering moment between
consciousness and sleep can become an artform.

Oh yeah! I've perfected it. No loud noises, and the
series of random thoughts can be good or bad
however can last for up to a couple of hours from
really early morning. You know you are awake,
however feel asleep to the point you can't even
gaze at the bedside clock as too relaxed.
The moment of being dragged from it to fully awake
is not a good feeling though. Sudden "s-t-r-e-t-c-h"
feeling.
