I just went Chinese. Ate noodles first, and wonton soup. They make
great fried chicken legs. Gotta take it slow. But the best thing was
watching a Karate class as I was pulling out. Saw a women get swung at
with a stick, she grabbed the guys wrist and squeezed his shoulder. I
can think of a few times where a shoulder squeeze, rightly placed,
would have saved a lot of pain. I squeezed my shoulder to test it.

don't take it for RLS, I take it for tardive dyskenisia.

every five minutes, and everytime I go to see the the doctor he notices
it and moves around my arms and touches my legs and says it makes him
worry, but he never does anything about it. I thought Cogentin was it.

That's what it was like when I started Cogentin (which did cut the down
by a lot) My muscles got really weak from not flexing and twitching to
their limit 24 hours a day.

They've got a big place out here where it's free shooting, you've just
got to buy the ammo from them. There's also a place here that will let
you rent an M60 to shoot in their range for $50, and if you can outshoot
the owner they give you your money back. When I was a kid my dad had a
friend who built a range in his basement. That's where I learned to
shoot.

My wife's uncle gets bad shakes with his lithium, and has major problems
eating and drinking. I wonder if they could help him.
