Highs and Lows |
I am ok, have seen my caseworker today, but have been stressed, and maybe
upbeat some. Hope that all are ok, have still been working on my site, and
we got to clean the house up some, which was a good feeling. There's still a
lot to go though. Am also getting a new regimen for meds tonight, to begin
tomarrow. Hopefully this will become more stable. I stilll have periods of
depression and anxiety, and some highs, but for the most part things are
improving. Maybe will try to get some sleep tonight. Have been enjoying the
group but not sticking around as much lately, except for an update or two
every now and then.
