Latly I've been thinking hostile, mostly thinking about harming people.
This alarms me because this is not me. Also been fed up with life's
little lessons, chores, and mostly the people. I am a very decent,
kind hearted person. I always try to think positive but bad things
always seem to happen/get to me. I've been to Thearpy but stoped it
because I lost my job, but anger was never any of my problems. I seem
to need a real direction in life.

I've recently been in a similar situation, as I'm facing some difficult
challenges that lie ahead. I've found that the hostile thinking is really an
effort to reach out to others, rather then directed inward, which has been a
break through for me. I could seriously recommend that you continue with
your therapy, it plays a very important role in your healing. Don't blame
yourself for this type of thinking, that's the last thing you should do. You
should really be proud of yourself, you've made a lot of progress.

I don't know what the county mental health situation is like where you
live, but that used to be an option. Also, if you live near a
university, they might have reduced rate options. Might be with a
student, but it's an option.
Anger = death. It's a big, big problem. Keep fighting, keep talking,
read anything you can get your hands on. I used to be a very angry
person myself, still have momentary flashes where I can become extremely
engraged. You can only sustain this for so long. At some point, you're
going to find your niche in life that you can live with and find meaning
in. Not everyone is nice, not everything is fair. In fact, there's a
lot in life that truly sucks. That's the world we live in, you've got
to find your way to deal with it and make it work for you, and stay a
decent person in the process.
