If we can't see the instructions you're working from we can't understand
where you're not following them correctly.

First you need your ISP Host name...remember we started to get into
this a few days ago. Mine is nntp.charter.net, go to your service
providers web page and they will have better instructions. Once you
have the host name it's easy, even for blue carrots.
