I was about to try when you posted this. I ended up awake
until about 5:00 my time, maybe from the coffee I had after
dinner so I'd get home despite eating such a big meal. I
was feeling almost drunk driving home afterward from food
coma.

I don't think they can get you for having eaten in charge
of a vehicle.
