I am afraid my husband is going to kill me and himself. |
My husband is off his medication and he refuses to take his anti-psychotic
medicine as prescribed by doctors at Rusk. He is becoming more violent and he
recently got a hand-gun from god knows where. I woke up the other morning and
Patrick had a demented grin on his face at then same time he had his hand-gun
aimed at me. He repeatedly pulled the trigger _click,click,click_ and nothing
happened and then he got very violent and exclaimed _god damn I forgot to load
the god damned thing_ and then he broke out into a hysterical laughter. He told
me if I report him to the sanitarium at Rusk or to law enforcement then that
will be the end of me. Please people call him and try to calm him down. Call
collect if you need to.

those of you who didn't know, Dale is my wife...and she's never been
interested in online access. (Not to mention that the two cats we were
formerly owned by have been dead for nearly four years, now...one from old
age, and the other from liver failure.) Those of you who use newsreaders that
can filter on any headers, ignore any Message-IDs that contain
"twistycreek.com" in them.

Not to worry, too much - he's only 700 miles or so from Houston. (The one in
British Columbia, by car and ferry.) Too bad I'm in the one that's 2000-odd
miles in the other direction. In sixteen years of participation in Usenet
newsgroups, I've had *one* crackpot actually track me down in person - and he
hitch-hiked all the way from North Carolina to where I worked, but didn't
bother to pay attention to when I posted, so he showed up in late afternoon
(which was my early morning), demanding the campus police arrest me. They
laughed at him, and I never saw him, even though I made the ten-mile trip in
to see what was going on.

Dave's being a bit too creative with his story. I never stalked him. He's
the one that gave the clues as to where he was...in his own words. (I hope
he's recovered from that bike crash, though...that picture was not easy to
look at.)
