figured I'd try being social for a change..

all I've been doing lately is working my ***** off, and being
a daddy.. ..holding my end of a family together. Things
with Mary and I haven't been better.. ..but I realize I
have zero social outlets besides through her and through my
work.

I was kidding myself that my depression is over. it's not,
though it's considerably lessened it's hold on me. with
winter coming however, I fear for seasonal afflictions.

I started seeing a regular therapist finally (ironic that
I'd been so depressed, and on a waiting list for over a
year, and now that I'm not so depressed, I get called in).
I am going to continue the appointments through the winter
and see how things go. My therp seems very open and
intelligent enough.. ..and I'm feeling comfortable enough
with her to open up and not hold much of anything back.

I realize I have a lot of unresolved issues with my father
(some of which are ongoing dynamics).. ..and well, jeez
I'm just a big ole bag o' wind here aren't I?

I dunno if anyone cares to read my ramblings, but it feels
good to get it out.
