I didn't notice |
Joe told me tonight that he hasn't had a drink in a month. I
knew he was drinking lots of non-alcoholic stuff, but didn't
notice that he hadn't had a beer in 4 weeks. I guess he didn't
want to say anything so as not to hex it. He only mentioned it
today because I came home with a bottle of wine, something I
never do, and wouldn't have had I known. Yay, Joe!

Because he'd been drinking too much for too long and it was
affecting lots of things in his life. He'd had a minimum of 8-10
beers a night for 9 years, and it was time for a change.
