i eat less now |
i'm losing weight. that's good. i'm not so sure the reasons for my reduced
appetite is healthy, though.
1. i see myself as a very fat and ugly person. my appearance disgusts me, so
i know i have to eat less to lose weight.
2. nothing gives me pleasure anymore, not even eating. eating gives me no
pleasure, so i eat less.

Careful with that. I know of two cases, people close to me, where they
continued seeing themselves ugly and fat even after loosing far too much
weight. It's no joke.
2. nothing gives me pleasure anymore, not even eating. eating gives me no
pleasure, so i eat less.

I lost 10 pounds in one month because of effexor. I used to overeat to
relieve anxiety. Effexor makes me feel full all the time.
