Object: I feel better now
It's funny,even when you don't solve problems or issues(it's hard to
solve them because they keep coming back),just talking about them,and
working them through helps.That's why I like therapy so much.(and in a
way posting here is a kind of therapy.)When you can discuss things,and
peel the "layers of the onion" (as wombn has talked about),you
automatically,to at least some extent,think about things in a
different way...I kind of felt like that last week.I was ready to come
back to ASD.now I think I'm more ready...
