i feel a psychosis coming on. i've felt it for a month, or so. i am taking
my meds, i think most of the time, they should raise my anti-depressant, but
they don't listen to me, i don't have a PhD.

Sorry to hear you're having difficulty. It's tough these days.
Recommend telling someone about what you're going through, such as your
doctor or someone you feel comfortable with.

They might be thinking about side effects outweighing the advantages of
upping the dose.
It must be terrible to feel the psychosis coming but is it possible
you're pre-empting it?
I don't know f**k about it, so please excuse any insensitivity on my
part; I'm just concerned that there should be *something* that can be
done about it. Take care :-/

How can you excuse what you don't understand?
Or are you aware of your own crash insensitivity?

i can't answer you because if i did ,
you would know f**k about it ,

over the things you admit about yourself
