i feel rotten |
i think i screwed up my neck when i fell last week, since it's
been too tight since along with a vague headache that won't go
away.
on top of it, i think i forgot to take my morning meds
yesterday. it's hard to remember when i wake up too early to
take them later. now my brain's all buzzy and likely will be for
days until my meds get back to their usual blood levels.
i've also been crying with the leat provocation. hearing
something the last bit sappy on the radio or tv will do it.
today it was a show on public tv about the making of the statue
of liberty. something worth crying over, no?
took a nap this afternoon, intense dreams (as usual) and i'm so
groggy and headachy that i just want to go back to sleep for the
rest of the day.
blech.

I usually get screwed up that day, and have a sort of hangover the next.
I've not had it last longer than that. You have my commiserations.

The opinions given above may be mine. They might also
just be what I feel like saying right now, okay?

I like intense dreams
i do sometimes, but every night gets a bit exhausting.
especially the dreams i've been having lately.
blech.
I don't like that...
me neither. a nap that leaves me reasonably awake is ok, but one
that just makes me groggy for the rest of the day just isn't
worth it.

I usually have to take a nap if I haven't dreamed...and I fall
over and do so without needing any druggage to do it...
