i finally logged off early |
last night, and i could have had company all night. at least i
slept. until 11:30 this morning. slept through all the alarms to
take my morning meds (it repeats every 5 mins), and through the
alarm to get ready for my wed luncheon. woke up at 11:30 to a
kid who stayed home sick-ish from school.
either i'm up forever, ot i get 10+ hours of sleep. i'm
completely screwed up.

same thing happens to me. massive insomnia for days, then i crash and sleep
twice as much as most humans. i can't see any rhyme or reason to my moods.
you might as well roll dice, as to try to psychoanalyze this stuff.

Gravity
it was my second night of major sleep. and i've been tired all
day. don't know what's up, except that i stay asleep longer
when i'm in pain- don't want to wake up when it hurts.
