I fucking hate this place. |
x-no-archive: yes
California = hell
Sacramento = lower levels of hell
My 'burb = the lowest of the lowest of hell, reserved for every white
trash idiot fucking monkey who needs to be fucking shot
I am out of here. I have a mission. As soon as I can do it, I am
leaving this hell hole. I prefer to live among human beings.

I've lived in Antelope for 3 yrs and am ready to leave also. The quality of
neighbors have gone down hill so bad and so fast. I also can't stand the
traffic. No matter what time of day or night there is always traffic and
noise.

It might be helpful to find a realistate agent to help you find a nice quiet
area, and do some research to find out where the high rate is. The town also
has some to do with it, some are more reserved, where others are more of a
city type - up all hours. Where I am, everything shuts down at around 9 or
10pm. It might also be helpful to stay on your medication, and make changes
gradually.

Thank you for reminding me, time to slam some lithium. Does this stuff
come in an IV form?

Small town Ohio, you can get a house for under 100 grand. Start OVER.
Too far inland for me, but it's doable. Or Montana, or South Dakota.
Fly there for a few days first, look around, smell the wind. Then go
home and get on line.
Actually, Missouri is supposedly cool, bucolic. When they aren't in an
ice storm or dodging tornados. My grandfather said, 'I traveled the
country and came back to Connecticut, because everywhere else has
floods or scorpions or tornados or hurricanes or murdering bands of
roving thugs.'

Where do you want to move to?
I'm a little bit different in that I don't really want to be a part
of any city society, decent or not. Crowds, people in your
way every time you go driving, or shopping or even walking,
as well as population growth depress me.
It's good you have a mission to do it, that takes a lotta
guts to do. Good luck with it.

For sure out of my suburb, at a minimum. Out of California if possible.
Somewhere depressed, with stagnant land values and a non-growing
population. A smaller city for sure. I can't even drive to the frickin
grocery store without wondering if I'm going to make it home alive.
Someone was clipped from behind last night on I-5, they're dead.
Another woman in Folsom was slammed into by 17-yr old monkeys racing
each other in fast, expensive cars on a very busy road. She's dead,
leaving behind a grieving family and stunned students. But they're good
boys, dontcha know. Uh huh.

My kid is talking about moving back up there. He seems to think
working conditions are better there, he moved down here when his mom
died and he got her house.

Luckily your business seems portable. You should be able to find a market
most anywhere. I hope you can find a suitable place.
