Oh yes please! Do you have one in S for skinny? Now I understand
that it is a school of performing arts rather than a university
maybe a brightly coloured kaftan with matching headscarf would be

Thanks sweetie. I have just got back from the interview. It
was nothing like I expected. It is an appointment with the
School of Performing Arts which runs under the auspices of
the main University. Sort of "Fame" on campus.

They were very nice and the salary and hours were pretty
reasonable. It is a large school with theatres and dance
studios and set in a lovely park like surrounding. I felt
right at home almost immediately. They were at pains to
point out they work very differently than a conventional
university.

I would be expected to sit a post education course but that
is included as part of the job and included in your normal
hours. I would also be trained a lot on how to educate.
They are used to this as most of their lecturers come from
craft areas rather than academic backgrounds.

I think it went well. I'll know in a week or so...

Thanks. I got rung by the head of the university while in the
middle of serving customers. I thought about explaining it to all
concerned and then thought... nobody would believe me anyway. :)
