I hope I can find more work |
Financially I've been very lucky in many ways...I like to go to nice
resturaunts, movies, plays, musicals, clubs, concerts,I like to go to New
York, and occasionally travel to different states and countries,I have
food to eat, books and magazines to read, videos to watch ect...I don't
have to pay rent or bills, but still I'd like to work more.I haven't
been able to find more work then about 10 hours a week(15 including
volunteer work.)I've applied to many jobs but never hear back from
them.does anyone have any suggestions on finding more work?

Have you considered registering with a temp agency?

Be useful. Make your boss's life easier compared to your peers, and
you're golden. Show up on time. Show up every day. Do what's expected
of you. Don't constantly gripe and ***** and moan. Save that for asd/f.
;-)
Also, having to put a roof over your head and food in your belly without
outside help is a great motivator. The more you lessen the help you get
from your parents, the stronger you will become. The more you get
accustomed to relying on them, the weaker you become.
