I hope I sleep ok tonight |
Last night I had horrible nightmares. Not surprising after a day at a
very high anxiety level.
I was calmer today, so I think I might sleep better tonight.
Millie and Mollie are still sleeping. They will probably wake up after I
go to sleep.

I did sleep better this time. No horror dreams, only anxious ones.
I hope Millie and Mollie had a good night. Now they are sleeping again.
Since they aren't in exactly the same places as they were when I last
saw them, I know that they did wake up and move around during the night.
