You should, but be careful. Looking at that list, 2006-74 is missing,
which means it's still vulnerable to that whatever it is.

I don't use Mozilla, but I know people who use Seamonkey and they like
it better than Mozilla. I write all my webpages in vim. I would get the
public version. Mozilla doesn't have very stable devel versions. (I've
got Firefox 3.0, and it barely works.) CSS is pretty simple. You should
have no problem picking it up. I learned it in about 10 minutes, and
it's made development much easier. http://www.w3schools.com/ has a good
tutorial on them.

I like the link, I haven't tried learning html and all the more
advanced stuff in a year. My friend, who started with webtv, picked it
up and now has really advanced websites, where he sells his voiceover
services. Making 875$ for 10 minutes....wow. A comedian/actor named
Oswald Patten (from 'king of queens') recently wrote a blog post on how
great my friends voice is reading H.P. Lovecraft. If I knew anything
about uploading wav files to play on a website, I'd do something like
that (i'm a loudmouth, bassy, been told I have a radio voice)
