I can imagine worse things... but seriously, spirits and energy walk the
earth in many shapes and forms. COunt yourself as lucky to be able to
sneak a peek at them from time to time.

Not there at all, or maybe only just not there? Cats are like that,
you know. I think there's a lot more cats than we realise, and most
of them are only just not there, and will be back the moment we turn
'round again.

There are occasional moments of silence, but if you say hello, someone else will
too. Usually. We all must sleep, and have our own bad days. But we like you!

Schrodinger was right.

That cats like cardboard boxes? He certainly was!

One of my cats died last Christmas, bit old white tomcat, he used to often
sleep in the garden and I was so used to seeing him curled up under the
bushes. Near where he slept is a big white rock, which I barely noticed
before, but since he has gone, I often pull into the drive and look across
the garden, every time I see that damned rock, it gives me a start, I think
its Charlie asleep in the garden..
Charlie RIP.

They're getting quite detailed. Not just the white one, but Sophy's
tortoiseshell coat, too. Just her body though.

It's only fair, cats see things that we think aren't there as well,
and more often.

Mine was staring under the desk for several minutes yesterday. I checked
twice. When my hallucinated cats do that I'll know I'm in trouble.

That's happened to me. Sometimes I'm catching sight of my own hair out
of the corner of my eye. Peripheral vision; you think they're sneaking
up on you, but they're not. Then there are things like dropped jackets
and towels which look like cats from a distance.
