i looked up a local cbt specialist |
my pdoc doesn't believe in cbt, but i figure it can't hurt to try it
anyway. i found local psychologists who specialize in cognitive therapy
for panic/phobias, depression, anxiety, anger, fear etc.
i'll contact them soon and give cbt a try.

But he'll go on and on about how he's going to.
Just like he's going to buy a cage of finches, and two little
poodles, and clean his house and drink German beer because it's
pure and all the rest of the crap.
Sad thing is, if he actually did try the cbt, it might help him
with a lot of the other stuff.

This is a self help group with local meetings that uses techniques that are
like cbt, and its free (ok donations are accepted, whatever).
