I miss you guys but it is so freaking cold in here, |
I do not have central heat so I sit with my frozen fingers hitting
the wrong keys,
I had a leak in the bathroom. Seems the folks upstairs had a plunger
crisis and they didn't call the urgent number or maybe they did cuz I
called it and nobody called me back. There must have been alot of
water up there cuz it starting coming thru my ceiling at about 2 in the
morning. I had to change the bowl ten times. NOBODY called me back ,
I had to leave for work so I left messages everywhere and pulled all
my dirty laundry , quite alot at the moment into the bathroom so it
would absorb all the water after the bowl filled up. Miracle, it
stopped! I thought it would be a real mess but it was okay, the bowl
was half full. The good news is now they are going to paint the
whole bathroom and put up my new ceiling fan that has been sitting on
the floor for two months .
The truck was recovered, I am so mad I could spit. I know I should
be happy but I just feel more ***** then ever . It cost me 2
hundred dollars to have my own property released to me. There is a big
dent in the side , The heating vent is gone so there is just a big
hole in the dash, those bastards, The weird thing is my CDL was in
the glove and they left it there. Good I know but wierd. JILL

I don't think those gloves help much with that. When it is
really cold with no heat I tend to not even try.

I hope they paint it a color you like. Court orders have
gotten quite specific on that point "one uniform color of
a neutral nature etc"

I'd jump up and down and celebrate but I feel the loss
of that $200, and the shock of the damage.

All day I have been at work thinking I already posted about the
truck being back? I honestly can't remember, The leak is definitly
new though, they were suppose to start repairs to day,, nothings been
done , nobody has been here , nobody called me. The joys of
apartment dwelling. *****,

Hey jill, glad to hear you got your truck back. Why did you have to pay
to get it back? Did they have any luck finding the dirty, nasty little
fucker that stole it?
You talking about your leak reminded me I have to phone my housing
association about a repair to my shower. It totally slipped my mind.
