I need help, any E-books about "self helping" depression? |
I have finally realized that something is psychologically wrong
with me, and the reason why everything in my life has been going
downhill for a few years.
I don't like the idea of seeking professional help. I have looked
up some things on the internet, and I'm pretty sure I have a
depression, and also some antisocial tendencies.
Basically I think life sucks. I know that I have a problem(s?), and
therefore would like to know if I can somewhere download free e-
books about "self helping" depression (and possible other
psychological problems)? Or maybe even if someone would be kind
enough to post a few books at some newsgroup.

"Mental Health Through WIll Training" by Dr. Abraham Low. Not an e book
but can be found at many libraries....is used by the slef help groups he
started with his patients. He also has other books.

a library where I live. But I will consider buying them online.
